Roofing Crew & Installers
Field · Full-Time. Experienced roofers and hardworking helpers for residential and commercial installs - tile, metal, shingle and flat / low-slope systems. Tear-off, dry-in, install and detail work, with on-the-job training for the right people new to the trade.
Sheet Metal Mechanics
Shop & Field · Full-Time. Skilled sheet metal fabricators and installers to build and detail the custom flashing, coping, gutters and metal panels that set our work apart. A specialized trade where craftsmanship is rewarded.
Estimators
Office & Field · Full-Time. Detail-driven estimators who can measure a roof, scope a project and price it accurately. You will walk properties across SWFL, work with our sales and PM teams, and turn inspections into clear, winning proposals.
Project Managers
Field & Office · Full-Time. Lead commercial and residential projects from contract to final inspection - scheduling crews, managing materials and keeping clients informed. The kind of role our committed field people grow into.
Office & Administrative
Office · Fort Myers & Naples. The people who keep CFS running behind the scenes - scheduling, permitting, customer service, accounting and admin support across our Southwest Florida offices.
