• Twice-a-year documented inspections. Roof check-ups on a set spring and fall schedule, with a written report and photos, so weak seals and loose flashing are handled before hurricane season opens June 1 and you always know the true condition of your roof.
• Proactive minor repairs. Resealing penetrations, re-flashing, re-securing fasteners and tiles, and small membrane patching handled on the spot before they become five-figure problems.
• Drainage and debris clearing. Clearing valleys, gutters, scuppers and roof drains so water leaves the roof the way it was designed to - the single biggest cause of premature roof failure in flat and low-slope systems.
• Sheet metal and flashing checks. Our in-house sheet metal experience means edge metal, counterflashing and transitions get inspected and corrected by people who fabricate them, not just look at them.
• Priority storm response. When a storm rolls through, Roof Guard members move to the front of the line for inspection and emergency repair, backed by our same-day storm response across the region.
• Records you can use. Inspection history and maintenance logs that support warranty claims, insurance claims, due diligence and capital budgeting.
